Clarifications, Rulings, and Errata

Ruling: Peace Treaty only requires that the pool cost be paid in order to keep the weapon. Blood costs (if any) need not be repaid to keep a weapon. [RTR 20010710]
Ruling: Peace Treaty can be called even if there are no weapons in play. [RTR 20010710]
